REFUNDS & RETURNS

 

Dubai Mermaids will gladly accept new, unused returns within the first 14 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping & handling charges. This excludes clearance and discounted items.

 

Dubai Mermaids does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Dubai Mermaids within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Dubai Mermaids does not take title to the refunded item.

 

Dubai Mermaids will not accept used item which had been damaged by wrong usage. Please read Safety and Care instruction and follow instructions. Broken/damaged inserts of our fins will not be replaced or refunded. Fins are for swimming only - standing, bouncing, jumping and bend backward or forward on fins, will damage them. Dubai Mermaids is not taking responsibility for damaged fins.

 

All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment

EXCHANGE


Dubai Mermaids will accept exchanges of a new condition items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Any tail and fin damage but not following care instruction or that has been worn in a water cannot be exchanged. If you need to exchange an item, please send an email to customerservice@dubaimermaids.com and request return information, as a reason for exchange.


Please be aware that there might be additional charge if replacement is higher priced that the one needs to be exchanged.


CANCELLATION POLICY


Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. If you wish to cancel an order, send us an email immediately to customerservice@dubaimermaids.com. We will make every attempt to stop your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the package. Orders that are cancelled after it has left our facility is considered a return, thus the Return Policy will apply. Please order carefully.
